Narcissistic Personality Disorder → self-aggrandizement, superior status.
Antisocial Personality Disorder → threatening punishment, demanding obedience, punishing “others.”
This says nothing about the theological or spiritual meaning, but only about the character as presented in the text. Viewed purely as a literary work, the character Allah exhibits some unpleasant personality disorders that a normal person wouldn’t bow down to or appreciate.
Why is that book filled with human perspectives (such as: the sun setting, the sky with lamps, stars like rockets), and not with a description of how reality truly works?

Why would God write a “holy book” as if He were thinking like a 7th-century desert dweller?
If this Quran truly comes from God, why does it sound like a reflection of an outdated worldview, rather than a timeless truth?

Free will under coercion is not free will.
A choice for God that arises from fear of hell is logically a coerced choice, and therefore not a true expression of free will. Thus, hell undermines the argument that people should be able to choose “freely.”
Happiness and unhappiness are often coincidental.

I have never had a debate with a religious person about their religion where I wasn’t thinking: “This person is clueless” the entire time.
I am a firm believer in proof and evidence. Whenever I ask people for evidence of God or heaven or hell or any part of their religion they always quote some scripture from their religious text like they think it’s evidence of anything. I could make any ridiculous claim I want to as well. Does writing it down mean it’s true?
